French Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 14 July 2026, providing students with an opportunity to explore and appreciate French language and culture. As part of the celebrations, students participated in a creative competition to make free-standing models of the Eiffel Tower using innovative materials. The students were divided into class-wise groups and displayed great creativity and teamwork. Joanna and Poorva were the comperes for the day and conducted the programme confidently. Aadiya and her team took charge of the refreshments and ensured that everyone was well looked after. The Chief Guest, Ms. Juliette Ravel Roychowdhury, a well-known French textile designer and artisan based in Goa, judged the competition and appreciated the creativity and effort of the students. She later presented certificates to the winners. The students were thrilled by her presence and were delighted to receive her appreciation. Overall, the celebration was a joyful and enriching experience that encouraged creativity, teamwork and a deeper appreciation of French culture.
