Chubby Cheeks Spring Valley High School, Pilerne celebrated Lokmanya Tilak Jayanti  on 24^th July, 2023

Celebrations began with the morning School assembly. Wherein, the students tried unfolding Tilak’s life by narrating his stories on freedom struggle and by sharing his quotes and facts.

Later the students of std 5-7^th were asked to write a few sentences on the ‘Life of Lokmanya Tilak’

Futher ‘Elocution Competition’ was arranged on the topic of ‘ Life and contribution of Lokmanya Tilak’ for the students of std 8-10^th. The event witnessed Insightful speeches from participants, shedding light on Lokmanya Tilak’s life journey, his relentless efforts in India’s fight for independence, and his advocacy for Swaraj and self-reliance. These speeches served as a source of inspiration for the students, urging them to follow the path of righteousness and contribute positively to society. The winners of this competition were Saechta Bhobe and Kenrik Ramos

The celebration gave the sense of pride and patriotism that lingered in the hearts of all the students, leaving them inspired to carry forward the legacy of Lokmanya Tilak in their lives.
